1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are exempt from being returned:

Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom/Personalized Pieces: Items made to order or engraved.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (QUALITY GUARANTEE)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@vylioral.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please Note: Fashion jewelry made of synthetic metals or platings requires special care. Tarnishing or discoloration caused by exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or natural skin acidity is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered as a manufacturing defect.
4. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
