1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-15 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days (if available).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues beyond our control.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated within 48 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Vylioral is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@vylioral.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Vylioral is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
